£50 Amazon Voucher with Your First Search Pack” Promotional Terms
- Promoter. This promotion is operated by Property Information Company Limited, Registered Office: Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EY. Company No: 09778810 (“the Promoter”, trading as “PIC Searches”).
- Eligibility. This offer is open to UK-based purchasers, solicitors and licensed conveyancers who are not existing clients of the Promoter. The offer is limited to one voucher per person.
- Promotion Period. This offer runs from 14th February 2026 to 7th March 2026 inclusive, or until withdrawn by the Promoter, whichever is sooner. The Promoter reserves the right to end the promotion early without notice.
- How to Claim. To qualify for the £50 Amazon Gift Card, the participant must: (a) complete the registration form on this page during the Promotion Period; (b) be successfully onboarded as a new client; and (c) place and pay in full for at least one Property Search Pack (currently priced at £321.42 inc. VAT).
- Voucher Delivery. The £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be sent via email to the address provided on the registration form within 5 working days of confirmed payment for the qualifying search pack.
- Limitations. This offer is limited to one £50 voucher per person or per firm. The voucher has no cash alternative and is non-transferable. The Amazon Gift Card is subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions (see amazon.co.uk/gc-legal).
- Pack Pricing. The Search Pack price of £321.42 is correct at the time of publication for a standard Residential Search Pack, and may be subject to change due to third-party disbursement adjustments. Any price changes will be communicated prior to ordering.
- Data Protection. Personal data submitted via this form will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and, with consent, contacting the participant about the Promoter’s services. Data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfil the voucher (e.g., Amazon).
- General. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the promotion process or acts in bad faith. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion. Nothing in these terms affects the participant’s statutory rights.
- Governing Law. This promotion and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
