We are looking for a talented, and confident Office Admin person. Someone that has knowledge of the Property Conveyancing sector would be ideal, but not necessary as training will be given.
Salary is Dependent on Experience.
Expectations for the Job Role:
Must have at least 10 years of experience in an office environment, a good command of English, excellent computer skills, Knowledge of Sage would be a benefit, sending out and chasing invoices providing telephone support, creating and sharing marketing material by Email and Social Media as well as taking and making sales calls whilst supporting the office staff and the Director.
This role may include some Personal Assistant tasks.
You would be Speaking and meeting new people on a daily basis.
Creating and sharing marketing material by Email and Social Media.
